Upload files for a free trial

After successfully onboarding with LezDo Techmed, you can upload your files for the free trial.

If you are doubtful about your data security, you can sign the BAA agreement. A pop-up will appear to sign the BAA agreement.

It’s not a mandatory one. If you want to sign our BAA agreement, click the “sign” button. Or click the “Do it later” button.

Remember, only an authoritative person should sign the agreement. You can type, draw or upload your sign here. Once you complete, a pop-up informs you that you have signed successfully. You can download your contract agreement from here.

In the dashboard, you can see the total number of cases you have given us for review, cases in progress, and the number of cases delivered. You can also see the number of estimates, unsettled invoices, and the total invoiced sum (see no. 4).

Below these details, you can get the total case summary and the total cost you have spent so far (see no. 5)

The cost analysis data can be filtered by this month, year, or all time. by clicking the View Report button, you can view the details.

You can also see a short synopsis of all your cases under CASES (see no. 6).

View the notifications in the bottm left side (see no. 7) and you can see the detailed list of notifications if you click the bell icon on the top right corner.

Drop New Records

You can see two options to upload your files here- one for dropping new records and the other one for uploading additional records.

When you click “Drop new records”, a window will open to add your project.

Put in the case name and number. If you fail to provide the case number, the system will generate one.

Enter the case type, like personal injury, mass tort, workers comp, etc. in the cse sub type, enter what type of accidnet or injury the plaintiff sustained, like motor accident, burn injury, etc.

Want it to be expedited? Click yes. Otherwise, the file delivery will be considered standard.

Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 days and expedited delivery time is within 3 business days.

Describe the case focus of your case here to help us understand your case better.

The services, you have opted will appear as selected. You can also unselect any service if you do not need here.

If you want more additional services, you can edit them in the account module under your profile.

You can see the options to upload your files. you have two options here- direct upload and either select direct upload or Google drive or dropbox link.

By selecting the direct upload, a drag and drop box will appear to upload your case files.

Now you can upload your files in the drag & drop box here.

If you click the Google drive or dropbox link- option, a box to drop your link will appear. Type in the link and click submit.

Make sure you have entered all the necessary data. Once you submit, you cannot make any changes here.

Wait until the files are uploaded.

Do you want to know the status of your free trial case? Check the status in your dashboard.

Add Additional Records

If you want to upload additional case files to be reviewed, click the “additional records” button.

Select the case number for which you want to add the additional records.

Want it to be expedited? Click yes. Otherwise, the file delivery will be considered standard.

(Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 days and expedited delivery time is within 3 business days.)

Under case overview, you can share the case description to help us understand your case and needs.

Now you can upload your files in the drag and drop files by clicking the direct upload or drop the Google drive or Drop box link.

Make sure you have uploaded all the necessary data and click submit. After submitting, you cannot make any changes to this data.

Wait until the files are uploaded.

You have successfully uploaded your files for the free trial.

Check the status of your files in the dashboard.
