How to Download Delivered Files?

Watch this tutorial video to know how to download your reviewed files easily.

Once the reviewed files are delivered to you, the status turns to a green colored delivered sign. If you click the download button nearby, you can download all your reviewed files together as a Zip file.

What should you do if the download is not initiated?

If you can’t download a file by clicking the download button, try clicking “view” in the nearby options. This will take you to your file manager where you can see folders with your uploaded records and the files that have been reviewed. Open the “reviewed files” folder to see all your files. From there, you can download each file individually.
