Introducing Retainer Invoices on CaseDrive
At LezDo TechMed, we’re always looking for ways to streamline the billing experience for our clients. We’re excited to introduce a new feature on CaseDrive called Retainer Invoices. This feature allows you to manage advance payments with greater transparency, ensuring that our services continue seamlessly without any billing interruptions.
What is a Retainer Invoice?
A retainer invoice is essentially a prepaid amount set aside by the client to cover future services. It’s an advance payment that gives clients peace of mind, knowing they won’t face any disruptions in ongoing services. On CaseDrive, you can now monitor the status of your retainer balance and ensure that funds are available for uninterrupted service.
Navigating the Retainer Invoices Tab
In the Billing section on CaseDrive, you’ll find a new tab labeled Retainer Invoices. Here, you can view all details related to your retainer payments. Let’s break down what each column means:
Retainer Date: Shows the date when the retainer was issued.
Retainer No: A unique identifier for each retainer invoice for easy reference.
Case Name: The specific case associated with the retainer, allowing for better tracking.
Client ID: A unique ID for each client, helping to differentiate and manage multiple retainers.
Status: This indicates the payment status. It could show as “Due” if payment is pending or “Open” if funds are available.
Grand Total: The total amount set aside in the retainer.
Available Retainer: The remaining amount in the retainer after deducting service charges.
Actions You Can Take
In the Actions column, you’ll find two options:
Pay Now: If a retainer is marked as “Due,” you can click this button to top up your balance and ensure services continue without interruption.
Download: For retainers marked as “Open,” you can download the invoice for your records.
How This Benefits You
The Retainer Invoices feature offers several advantages:
Transparency: Easily view your retainer balance and transaction history at any time.
Continuous Service: By maintaining a retainer balance, you avoid interruptions in service delivery.
Easy Tracking: Each retainer invoice is tied to a specific case, helping you track expenses case-by-case.
With this new feature, we hope to make billing and payment tracking more convenient and stress-free for you. Please check the Retainer Invoices tab under billing module in CaseDrive to view your current retainer balances and ensure that services proceed smoothly.
