Other Queries

Navigating to Other Queries

Click on the “Messages” tab on the left-hand sidebar and select “Other Queries”. This will display any other queries related to your cases.

Other Query Status Tabs

All Queries: Displays all the other queries, regardless of their status or category, for a comprehensive overview.

Unread: Shows only the other queries that have not yet been read, helping prioritize new and pending issues.

Archived: Lists the other queries that have been resolved or no longer require immediate attention, allowing users to keep the inbox organized.

Other Query Preview

  • This provides a list of other queries, including a brief snippet of the message, the sender’s name, time of receipt, and the date of the query.
  • Click on a query to open a detailed view of the conversation.

Query Details

  • Clicking on a query opens a detailed view of the conversation with case number, allowing users to see the full conversation.

Response Box

  • At the bottom of the query detail view, users can type further, attach files, or add emojis to their messages.

Query Action Options

Unread: Mark the query as unread if it needs to be revisited or has not been fully addressed.

Archive: Archive the query once it has been resolved or no longer needs active attention.

Create an Other Query

  • Click “+ New Query Button” at the top right corner of the “Messages” section, to initiate a new query.

Steps to Create

  • Select Query Type: Choose “other query” from the available options.
  • Enter Query Details: In the text field provided under “Enter Query,” type a clear and concise description of your issue or question.
  • Click the “Create” button to submit your query. If you decide not to submit, click “Cancel”.

View New Query

  • Once the new query is created, it will be added to the other query preview list.
  • Click on the query to view the full conversation.
